A friendly reminder to all of the potential home buyers out there. The $8,000 first time buyer and $6,500 repeat buyer tax credit deadlines are as follows:
April 30th - Must have a binding sales contract on a home.
June 30th - Must complete the purchase of the home on or prior to this date.
